De’Marcus Walker is a Recording Artist, Educator, and founder of the 4D Musician’s Club (an online program helping rhythm section musicians become well-rounded so they're never stuck in a box).

He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Texas, where he studied music education, received the Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Brass Award, and served on the Dean’s Student Advisory Council.

Endorsed by Michael Tobias Design, Bartolini Pickups, Cordial Cables USA, LK Straps, and Trick Fish Amplification, De’Marcus brings over 20 years of experience performing bass guitar and tuba with top artists and ensembles.

Born in Tyler, Texas, De’Marcus began his musical journey early—singing and playing drums in church at age four, then adding piano, tuba, and bass guitar by age twelve. He performed jazz and classical music during the week, and on weekends, played gospel with his family group, The Walker Family.

His latest endeavor is his sophomore album, Purpose In You, featuring Jesus Molina, Peter Collins, Dr. Kent Hovind, Jabari Johnson, Phill Lassiter, Vandell Andrew, Frank McComb, Quennel Gaskin, and Caleb McCampbell. From vocals to bass to piano, he pours his entire heart into the record!

When he’s not creating or teaching, De’Marcus enjoys life in Josephine, Texas, with his wife Shatara and their three children. He credits all his accomplishments to the grace of Jesus Christ.
