A. Student Absences
If a student misses a live session for any reason:

No guaranteed makeup class will be provided

No private replacement session will be created
-
Replays are provided when available
-
Absence does not entitle the student to refunds, credits, or extensions
Students are responsible for attending the class times associated with their program.
B. Instructor or Company Rescheduling
From time to time, DWalkerMusic LLC or its instructors may need to adjust or reschedule live sessions due to:
-
Professional obligations
-
Performance schedules
-
Travel
-
Illness
-
Emergencies
-
Federal holidays
-
Technical issues
-
Calendar conflicts
1. Weekly 30–60 Minute Classes (e.g., Maestro Sessions Youth, select group programs)
If a weekly 30–60 minute class must be adjusted:
-
The class may be moved to a different time within the same week OR
-
A “double session” (up to 60 minutes total) may be delivered the following week
This fulfills the instructional commitment for that class period.
2. 4D Musician’s Club (2-Hour Sessions)
Because these are extended, high-production coaching sessions:
-
They cannot be extended into 4-hour sessions
-
When necessary, the session may be offered at a different time the same day or on a nearby day
-
Students may attend any of the other scheduled 4D class times that week if their primary class is adjusted
Students are responsible for attending an available session during that week.
3. Monthly Q&A Programs (Learn & Ask Pass and Similar Teaser Programs)
For monthly 30–60 minute live Q&A sessions:
-
Sessions may be moved to a different day or time within the same month
-
Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of DWalkerMusic LLC or its instructors
-
No additional Q&A sessions will be created to accommodate individual scheduling conflicts
-
No refunds or credits are issued for missed Q&A sessions
-
Replays may be provided at the Company’s discretion, but are not guaranteed
Because these programs run only once per month, no makeups or double-sessions are offered.
C. Federal Holidays & Scheduled Breaks
Classes do not meet on U.S. federal holidays.
Holiday closures are factored into the annual curriculum and do not qualify for:
-
Refunds
-
Credits

Additional sessions

Aside from the accommodations listed above, DWalkerMusic LLC is not obligated to:
-
Provide additional makeup classes

Modify future dates
-
Extend access, tuition timelines, or billing cycles
-
Create extra sessions for student scheduling conflicts
Schedule adjustments are a normal part of the coaching environment and do not qualify for refunds or financial compensation.
15B. Live Session Attendance & Early Closure
To maintain a high-quality learning environment and respect everyone’s time, all live sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If no participants are present within the first 15 minutes, or if no questions are submitted during that period, the instructor reserves the right to end the session early.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduled sessions will be provided for sessions that end early due to lack of attendance or participation.
