On weekends, I would play-by-ear & perform Gospel music with my family group, The Walker Family.

During the week, I would read and perform Jazz and Classical Music.

I began to grow more and more conscious of the two worlds of music while having many successful students in each world.

I could spotlight even more successful students but the point is; I began envisioning one centralized environment that could foster the development of
4 Dimensional Musicians

But there was a problem...

You see: As a young musician,
I never felt fully attached to either world or genre of music 😔

Because each WORLD or GENRE
has a unique CULTURE & set of skills…

You have to be able to adapt to various social “isms” and ideologies

Since I was frequently going back and forth between both worlds and subsequent genres of music,

I never became isolated or “partial”
to a particular path of music

Hence why I felt like I was NOT
fully attached to a particular
side of music 😔

However, this was a
BLESSING IN DISGUISE
because I was actually laying the groundwork to become the
4 Dimensional Musician
I am today!

My discovery of how to effectively navigate both worlds of music,

Showed me that I belong to
a unique group of musicians that
are NOT isolated or partial to a particular path of music

But unfortunately, this type of community didn’t exist yet;

So I created…

The Point Is: You can achieve what most colleges are offering without the degree

You just need the right teacher!

The truth is: Most colleges don’t teach you how to read music: It’s expected that you already know how to read music upon entry 😞

If a college does teach you how to read music, that likely means it’s being offered to you as a remedial/prerequisite class (more money)

The truth is: Colleges don’t teach you how to play-by-ear as there isn’t a need to because everything is written out 😞

The truth is: Colleges don’t teach you how to monetize your musicianship. 😞

The truth is: Most colleges require you to waste time and money in non-music related core classes (college algebra, history classes, etc..).

The truth is: Some universities and/or their subsequent colleges of music may not accept you as a student 😞
